Breakout Space & Bar

The project was developed by Unite in order to provide a new West Midlands regional base for the trade union, along with 23 meeting and event rooms, including a pillar-free ballroom, for use by both Unite and external clients. The interior concept design scheme extended to the ballroom, meeting rooms, work zone, break out spaces, two bars and bar lounges, along with circulation spaces including tea and coffee stations.
