TEMPO! Restaurant is a 120 cover hotel restaurant in Birmingham with Breakfast Buffet Facilities. The design inspiration for TEMPO! Restaurant came from Birmingham’s musical influence on the city – past and present.  These inspirations include Duran Duran, Black Sabbath, Drum Beat Magazine and local venues such as the underground club SUK10C which boasts a graffitied façade. ​

​In addition to the music theme, Birmingham is known for its parks and gardens, accounting to 3,500 hectares of open space, Birmingham has more open space than any European City. We incorporated this into the design by bringing plants and live foliage into the design scheme. Birmingham Winterbourne House was also used as an inspiration for many joinery items designed within the scheme.
