The communal area of the apartment building is a multifunctional space designed to facilitate socializing, relaxation, work, and fitness. It features bespoke joinery, including a socializing TV lounge, a well-equipped kitchen area, a designated work zone, a comfortable seating area, a reception area, and a gym. The design incorporates warm wood tones in the joinery, vibrant flooring insets in a geometric pattern, decorative pendant and wall lighting, and slatted wooden ceiling sections.
