The student accommodation project incorporates an industrial aesthetic with concrete effect walls, conduit lighting, and bright upholstered furniture in the communal lounge. The student apartments feature concrete walls, wooden headboard designs, and clever storage solutions to maximize space and functionality. The overall design creates a modern, practical, and visually appealing environment for students to live, study, and relax.

The communal areas in the student accommodation are designed to foster a vibrant and engaging social environment. There is a dedicated games area with feature pendant lighting, pool tables, an industrial interior style, and loose furniture and seating. Additionally, the accommodation includes gym facilities with an exposed brick finish, highlighted exposed services in a vibrant red tone, and the use of leather on seating and gym equipment, reminiscent of a boxing club style
